The Albahhara Kids’ Club keeps little ones entertained and safe, with activities from outdoor play to water fun and cooking classes.
Teens need their own space to socialise, so Alshirae Teens' Club is just for them. Gaming, consoles, foosball, air hockey or billiards and outdoor adventures keep them engaged.

Fishing
Anglers come from all over to fish in the waters around Salalah. Test your skills against giants like trevally, yellowfin tuna, sailfish, dorado, king mackerel and amber jack. Full- or half-day trips with an experienced crew allow you to trawl, hand-line or deep-sea fish in search of that big catch.

Dolphin Watching
Cruise in search of the dolphins that frequent the coast. Watch them dance alongside your boat on a two-hour voyage. Encounters with sea turtles are also possible and bring added delight.

Sunset Cruise
Relive centuries of charm aboard a traditional dhow boat. Spend a whole day exploring the picturesque bays of Mirbat, snorkelling and swimming in crystal waters, and enjoying lunch on board. Or cruise into dusk, admiring the sunset as you savour indigenous snacks and coffee.

Half-Day Mountain Trekking Excursion
Drive to Jabal Samhan Mountain to begin a six-hour trek that will take you past desert roses and centuries-old dragon trees, to a plateau 1,700 m above sea level. Descend the mountain and gape at the Tawi Attair sinkhole and Taiq cave, the largest on the southern Arabian peninsula.

Explore historic Taqah’s fishing life, castle, towers and stone houses. Visit Wadi Darbat to view ancient Sumhuram ruins and two of Salalah’s most dramatic sinkholes. At Jebel Samhan, a 1,700 m panorama awaits. Visit the 14th-century tomb of Islamic scholar Bin Ali. Wonder at cars speeding uphill without acceleration at the anti-gravity point.
