At Palette-Café & Studio, every sip tells a story of meticulous craftsmanship and regional pride. Our commitment to quality starts with sourcing premium artisanal coffee beans from the verdant landscapes of northern Thailand, where each bean is hand-picked and sustainably produced. Utilising a state-of-the-art Loring Roaster, these beans were roasted to perfection. Our menu boasts a variety of specialties, each infused with a unique local flair.

Specialty drinks include the refreshing “Coco cold brew” that infuses coconut flower syrup, the indulgent “Chai Malai” that blends Chai coffee with malai syrup, mint leaves, and milk. Other signatures unique to Palette-Café & Studio include “Nida” which offers a stronger taste with double espresso, rosella syrup, lychee syrup, cranberry juice, and rose syrup, “Ra-mel” with double espresso, Samui coconut syrup, and oat milk and the “Brownie espresso cold brew”. Staple classics are also available, ranging from espresso, cappuccino, and latte to name a few. Freshly baked desserts are also available with some popular items including Flat Croissants and the New York Croissant Roll, among many that change on rotation.
