Our 5th visit to the resort. I think that speaks volumes. We cannot find a single fault with the hotel. There are lots of activities, but it’s also the perfect place to switch off and unwind. You arrive as guests, but leave as family. Already working out when we can visit again.
The best resort in the UAE and one of the best I have stayed in in the world.

Absolutely incredible, breathtaking experience from start to finish. One of the most beautiful landscapes I have ever seen. I was reluctant to drive this far from Dubai but I now understand why the resort has to be located exactly where it is. The rolling dunes are like nothing I have ever seen before in the GCC or anywhere in the world. Couldn't recommend it more and the value for money was worthwhile. The room was beautiful with breathtaking views of the desert, luxury amenities, a round bathtub, comfortable bed. Service was excellent, but slow at the infinity pool. Food was incredible too - breakfast was great, Latin American steakhouse was also excellent, as was the lunch at the infinity pool bar. Couldn't recommend it more. Thank you!!!

The result is beautiful. Their location is stunning. And they have done very well to maintain the resort in such a wonderful location. The staff are always wonderful, kind and friendly. Food is great and the activities are well thought out. The kids club is a bit boring and too small and the pool service needs more waiters. Aside from this - Butler service is fabulous - and the one bed and two bed pool villas are fantastic. This is our 10th visit!!

This was absolutely one of our favorite resorts we have been to in our travels. Of course, the setting is incredible and the grounds are stunning, but the staff were the elements that made our experience amazing. One example: we are a vegan/vegetarian couple. Typically, this means our options at resorts are somewhat curtailed. However, when we arrived at breakfast the first day, we found that we had a plethora of options available to us in every section. This would have merely been good planning on the part of the hotel, but for us it was more. The head chef came out to greet us and make sure that we had options available to us, and to let us know that if there was anything they had missed, please let them know. This level of attention to detail was apparent throughout our stay and made Qasr Al Sarab our favorite experience in the region.
